Succulent Cuttings for Living

Variety of 10 (ten) living succulent cuttings, no roots, no pots, and no soil included, are what this package offers. 10 different varieties will be included per package, and the cuttings will not be identical to the product photos as Fat Plants rotates over 100 varieties of plants based on several factors, including health, readiness, and availability.

Included in this variety package are 10 assorted succulent cuttings, ranging in size from 1" to 4" in diameter/length. These are succulent plant cuttings and will have no roots. They will not arrive in pots with soil, but rather, in a small package with recycled crinkle paper for protection. The varieties of plants shipped will vary based on the time of year, and the plant colors will also vary, with a note that colors will fade during transit. All bright-colored succulents require bright light to regain and retain their bright colors.

Succulent cuttings make wonderful gifts or do-it-yourself projects. Customers can create a dish garden, add cuttings to planters or gardens, or even make a succulent wreath. The possibilities are endless, as succulents will grow well in many mediums and containers, allowing for creativity to flow. Transforming an old bird bath or wooden box into a gorgeous planter is one of the many possibilities.

Fat Plants, a California licensed nursery, is proud to offer over 155 different varieties of succulent plants and cuttings, all of which are grown in their private nursery in San Diego. The fresh succulent cuttings are carefully hand-selected and cut 12 to 24 hours prior to being shipped, and a touch of root stimulator is applied before they are delicately packed in their shipping containers. During their journey, the cuttings will callous over and be ready for planting upon arrival.

It is important to note that some succulent cuttings can become quite droopy and sad from the time they are cut to the time they are planted and start to establish themselves. Customers are advised to follow the directions in Fat Plants' eBook, being mindful of their watering, and their cuttings should flourish over time.

Fat Plants' goal is to provide customers with the best variety of these amazing plants. Some of the cuttings will already be showing signs of new roots and growth upon arrival, and some may be pups from larger mother plants, having an established root system and some attached soil.

For customers living in areas where low temperatures will fall below freezing, it is highly recommended to select standard shipping at checkout. Fat Plants is only able to send free replacements for frozen plants if the customer selects standard shipping, as heat packages add 1 lb of weight, increasing the shipping cost by over $7. If a plant arrives with any frost damage and the customer selected standard shipping at checkout, they can send a photo of the plant via their Amazon account for a free replacement.
